I cannot say enough good about this very high quality dealership. After hours of paperwork on a vehicle I purchased and drove home I found an issue with it. I called them to complain. Not only did they cancel all the paper work. They charged me nothing and gave my old vehicle back no questions asked. These guys are the best!! Liberty was excellent salesperson. Clean, comfortable sales room. Test drive was available immediately. Agreed on price. Only issue was they added on $1,900 for nitrogen filled tires, paint protection, and random stolen parts tracker. I said “no thanks,” but they wanted to add onto agreed sales price. I was ready to walk out, but they got rid of the mark up and we purchased the vehicle. Paperwork was a breeze and loved Don’s approach to my daughter, a 1st time buyer.

There was an advertising snafu with a vehicle I came to see. My experience with Olympia Jeep was far from ideal. The sales process was frustrating due to poor communication between the dealership and the lender. Despite having the lender on speakerphone to clarify contradictions, the Sales Manager became defensive, threatened to cancel the sale, and claimed I was questioning his integrity. This approach left a sour taste and made the process unnecessarily stressful.

My experience left a lot to be wanted. I understand paying tax and documentation fees, but there were so many add-ons to the price of this $34,000 truck that it came out to over 43,000 by the time they were done. I cordially requested that those items be removed because I didn't approve any of them or at least it didn't require them. I was there to do a trade in. So I can get larger vehicle. Other dealerships they give me between 8k and 9k for my car and I was hoping to get better deal with Olympia Jeep. But the give me only $1,500 for my car. Of course No. I'm not recommending this dealership to anyone who wants to do trade in.

I drove from Central Oregon to Olympia Jeep to pick up a 2020 Ford Escape I had purchased based on salesperson disclosure. The end result was that the vehicle had many issues not disclosed; no second key fob, no factory door code for touchpad entry, sound system subwoofer blown out, spare tire tools missing, permanent stain on passengers seat, extreme water spotting on exterior and glass (cost $500 to have it professionally polished out), and a noise coming from rear differential in slow turns.
I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The staff are always very friendly and quick!
I bought an 1989 Wrangler and found out there was a recall on the emergency brake. Called them and they said it had been done, so i explained no it hadn't that the top bracket was broke and the emergency brake is flopping around. I said you don't have to fix it just get me the part I'll buy it and do it myself and they replied we can't do that as its a recall part. Went in to get the brakes done on my 2010 T&C. Told me it was going to be $1200 complete. Picked it up and it has this clicking sound. Tech said it was brake clips and ta safety issue.
