Liberty was excellent salesperson. Clean, comfortable sales room. Test drive was available immediately. Agreed on price. Only issue was they added on $1,900 for nitrogen filled tires, paint protection, and random stolen parts tracker. I said “no thanks,” but they wanted to add onto agreed sales price. Despite having the lender on speakerphone to clarify contradictions, the Sales Manager became defensive, threatened to cancel the sale, and claimed I was questioning his integrity. I drove from Central Oregon to Olympia Jeep to pick up a 2020 Ford Escape I had purchased based on salesperson disclosure. The end result was that the vehicle had many issues not disclosed; no second key fob, no factory door code for touchpad entry, sound system subwoofer blown out, spare tire tools missing, permanent stain on passengers seat, extreme water spotting on exterior and glass (cost $500 to have it professionally polished out), and a noise coming from rear differential in slow turns.
I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The staff are always very friendly and quick!
I bought an 1989 Wrangler and found out there was a recall on the emergency brake. Called them and they said it had been done, so i explained no it hadn't that the top bracket was broke and the emergency brake is flopping around. I said you don't have to fix it just get me the part I'll buy it and do it myself and they replied we can't do that as its a recall part.
